A great champagne is first a great wine. Such is the founder of the Delamotte house and that of his sister home challenge, the legendary Champagne Salon, located in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Grand Cru of the Côte des Blancs.

Comprising approximately 55% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier that give it its power without aggression, its pleasant freshness, soft roundness and crisp and fruity finish: this brut champagne is very pleasing, balanced elegant. Each grape variety plays its role in the blending of the wine; majority, Chardonnay laid the foundations of the structure when the Black Pinot offers her deep and fruity. The tip of Pinot Meunier, the less acidic grape brings her aromatic density. After 30-36 months of aging on lees, a light dosage is added to the Delamotte Brut, as entire range Delamotte.

terroir:
Chardonnays: essentially Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Avize, Oger, great wines of the Côte des Blancs. Pinot Black Ambonnay, Tours-sur-Marne
