Made only in an exceptional vintage, from a unique harvest, the "D Millésimé" is made up of equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, selected fom the best plots. It is matured for a further seven years, revealing complexity.

Grape varieties : pinot noir 50% and chardonnay 50% First pressing juices only from selected vineyards including « coeur de cuvée » pressing juices.
Origin : pinot noir from Côte des Bar and chardonnay from Côte des Blancs.
Vinification: Bottling and « prise de mousse » (6 to 8 weeks )
Maturation in cellar : from 7 to 8 years Riddling and disgorging (4 to 5 weeks ) Extra ageing in cellar after dosage: 6 months minimum
Dosage: 6 g/l - BRUT Liquor made of old wines aged in large oak casks
Deep gold in colour with tints of straw. Complex and elegant aromas of white peaches and orange zest, followed by warm bready notes. Fresh on opening, the palate evolves with great elegance on citrus fruit notes, finishing on persistent notes of dried fruit. Key aromas: white peach, citrus fruit, warm bread.
