Name: Spumante Metodo Classico Trento DOC
Classification: Extra Brut
Area of ​​production: Several wine-growing districts of the province of Trento in hilly areas with good exposure and suitability.
Grapes: 100% Chardonnay.
Vineyard characteristics: Cultivation in classical pergola with a simple thirty density of 3500-4500 vines / hectare.
Vinification: Manual harvest in the second week of September.
White vinification with soft pressing and first fermentation in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts
Aging: The second fermentation in the bottle is followed by a period on the lees for at least 15 months as required by the specification.
