Before being a very rare cuvee, distributed, Belle Epoque Rosé is primarily an expression of style Maison strong legacy of almost two centuries. As for the cuvée Belle Epoque Blanc, rosé and signed by Emile Galle anemone, but this time the bottle is transparent, naked, clothed only from the floral decoration.
45% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier 5%
The transparency of the bottle reveals a seductive pink with light-colored accents salmon.
Delicate and fruity, clearly dominate the opening notes of peony and the rose flower, emerge after a while even those of wild strawberries and raspberries.
A seductive harmony stands where the freshness of the flavors to blend in a balanced light aromas of red fruits and blacks. We find a special feeling silky, mark the style of this cuvee.
The cuvée Belle Epoque Rosé 2004 is combined preferably with fish from the flesh tender like the salmon of Iceland, the Beluga caviar or lobster. It 'also the perfect accompaniment for berries.
