To the eye, the dress is light gold, fine bubbles feeding a string of pearls. On the nose, aromas of candied fruit, grape jam, honey, acacia flowers and lime form an intense bouquet.
On the palate, the attack is dense, opening on rich and complex flavors reminiscent of winter pear, quince, with some accents alcohol fig. Very balanced and lingering finish is delightfully invigorating and refreshing.
