Expression of the style of the House unopposed, Grand Brut is the witness of all the "savoir faire" acquired from the moment when, in 1847, the House decided to drastically reduce the sugar content of their cuvée to let out all the elegance of the assemblage. Reinventing the champagne, Perrier-Jouet Brut cuvée created the first real history.
Composition: 20% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier 40%
A bright yellow robe evokes a sense of tone. It has a perlage fine, delicate and long lasting.
Opening reveals a maturity and a fruitiness dominated by spicy and fragrant. We then impose delicious notes of white flowers, honey and floral aromas of citrus, which is supported by the fragrance of yellow fruits and exotic (pineapple) that give the wine a fruity tone and texture that the belong.
The palate explodes perfect combination of citrus and white peach on the palate that persist due to a subtle hint of acidity that adds just the right complexity for a champagne balanced, fresh and elegant.
